They recently renovated this theater so it has comfy , leather recliners and reserved seating now. It's right across from the waterfront so take a walk before/after your film for some beautiful views

Amazing comfy seats and sound quality is superb! Just the waaay long commercial part befor movie is annoying.

The "Kids" meal of small popcorn/soda/snack = the perfect size. The fruit snack it comes with is surprisingly good. Grab a few packs of parmesan cheese from condiment area, doctor your popcorn , enjoy.

The garage has validated parking for $9, but only up to 4 hrs. One min. over and it can balloon up to the standard rate of $25+.

Comfortable , reclining seats in all theaters (but IMAX). Always worth it to book tickets in advance through the app.

Georgetown is a popular filming location for movies (ex: The Exorcist). Film buffs needn't leave Georgetown disappointed if there's no film crew in sight as AMC features all the latest releases.

Great bar with themed cocktails ! The Dolby and regular theatre seats are definitely better than the imax ones

Be sure to watch the concessionaires ring you up, and ask for a receipt. These guys aren't great at inventory control.

Courteous staff and clean theaters. If you're here more than like twice a year, it's definitely worth getting AMC Stubs!

If you can't find street parking , park next door but remember to have your parking stub so it can be validated .

Empty theatre during weekday showing, low key location

The touch screen ticket kiosk is pretty neat. Makes up for the slow staff , I suppose.

If you arrive early for your movie be prepared to stand. They have no bench seating ANYWHERE outside the theaters.

I saw a rat at the back of the theater as I was getting up to leave.

Sunday before noon beware of the bible thumpers. They hold church services at this location .

Thursday night is student night, $9 tickets - bring your student ID!

Before noon at weekends, adult tickets are only $7

The ticket taker here is like the human version of Grumpy Cat. She NEVER smiles.
