Staff have bad attitude, I was told I cudnt take a £200 jacket off a peg in a section she just cleaned by an sales asst as the store was closing but there was 5 people still queuing. #nevergoingback
Over the years the clothes have become loud and garish ...tacky ....

This is a good size store for a River Island, such a shame that the accessories and shoes are upstairs, no lift so not accessible for mums with pushchairs and want to look the part. - Catherine
