All the tips on the quality seem to be outdated. The beds are adequate, nothing I would purchase for my home. The rest of the room is noticeably updated. Cannot believe the quantity of outlets, great!

Gross. Beds are small and hard. They gave us a room with a broken air conditioner when it's 90 degrees out and offered us a box fan as a consolation prize. Beware room 113.
Two double beds with a grand total of four pillows . Asked for three more and they refused. Not allowed more than two keys. Not allowed more than two extra pillows . What else do they ration out?
AC broke when it was 105 out, refused to switch us rooms and gave us a box fan instead. Will be filing a complaint with corporate.
Bed was great. Towels sucked. Location was handy. Shower drain was slow. Breakfast was flour.
Go elsewhere! Beds are junk, rooms overall are ok, but walls are paper thin at best, noisy partly because of no carpet and laminate flooring.
Go to Red Roof columbus downtown and stay in the NextGen room
