Older hotel but in good shape. Good clean rooms , excellent service, good entertainment and good food, specially at Marco Polo restaurant , very nice a la carte restaurant included in the all inclusive.

Excellent hotel , it's an amazing all inclusive experience. the only drawback is that the buffett at Rosmarinus restaurant is limited compared to the breakfast and dinner menu served at Las Fuentes.

The outdoor pizza oven is where it's at. You can pick your toppings and they'll make it for you fresh.

A nice place with all the amenities you'd expect in an all inclusive resort . The best part is the bottomless drinks ! :)

Everything here is amazing. Good food, clean rooms , endless drinks, and the staff treats everyone like royalty.

non motorized water activities included crossing the street, a bonus but sadly on lagoon shore not the sea

Building, features and rooms are over the average of all-inclusive hotels but food (tastes, options) and beverages (insipid) are really bad. Recomended if you dont mind food

Be careful with the transportation from airport to hotel ... Here have many pirates, they take you and your bagage in order to rober them.

All-inclusive. The best resort in Cancun.

The bus to downtown costs 53 peso which is around 50 cents American. Kids are free so make sure the bus driver gives you the correct change back.

There is no smoking and this place is a blast!!!! So come here and have fun!!!=)

El hotel cuenta con tres restaurantes y 4 albercas , además de un mini teatro . Muy buena opción para vacacionar.

Минусы: потрепанные номера в которых не работает сейф , фен , розетки ; неадекватно много детей и Wifi - 15$ в сутки. Плюсы: отличные пляж и океан , хотя тут на косе у всех отелей шикарные пляж и море.

Comida e bebida abundante, mas os sucos não são naturais. Café da manhã excelente, quartos com vista para o mar ou lagoa . Não tem internet gratuita e a variedade do japonês é baixa.

Buena y amable atención el hotel hermoso hay un problema muy grande con el "comercio" de rci te engañan para darte wi fi gratis y algunos tratamientos premiun, consejo comprar Chip de telcel

Instalaciones de 10, área infantil increíble. Albercas sucias llenas de servilletas, vasos y arena, agua helada . Las pizzas son una maravilla. El buffet una mierda. El staff servicial y atentos.

La atención es muy buena pero el lobby bar solo funciona hasta la media noche y la música la quitan desde las 11 p.m. Le falta mejor atmósfera fiestera para la noche.

En general un lugar muy acogedor y con ambiente para todas las edades . El edificio se me hace algo viejo pero el mantenimiento es excelente.

Hotel antigo , mas bem bonito, a localização é ótima. Comidas razoáveis. Muito decepiconante qnt à internet , q não está no "all inclusive" e nem mesmo tem wifi free no lobby. Super mega fail :(
