Located in a quiet more residential area of NW London, ideal for families. Indoor pool & decent fitness center . Good lounge . Close to Swiss Cottage tube station .

Stayed at this hotel several times. Staff are attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday weekend special . Great location and the Indian restaurant in the hotel was exceptional.

Excellent hotel . Very friendly staff . Decent menu. Good food. Close to Primrose Hill in case you want to dine out.

Carluccios is great - service is intermittently wry slow but the food is always on point. Try the buratta and the eggs Benedict .

It's very close to the underground station and Camden Town . Excellent service , comfortable beda, helpful staff . All positive, but no free wifi ..

Ok hotel but rooms a bit dated. Wifi at £6 per hour is a joke when room is £270. A/c quite loud . Gym is small but ok. Swimming pool is shallow on one end so not for swimming . Sauna ok but a bit smelly

Head towards primrose hill for nice food and beer . Only a quick walk

View from the window is disappointing(( The door to the balcony doesn't open!

No under 16s in the exec lounge !!!!!! = misery for my boy (15)

No free WiFi in the room - you have to pay ridiculous £15 for 24hrs access. Breakfast is more than modest for £16 they charge. Overall, expensive for absolutely no reason.
