The hotel staff were fabulous. Upgraded to the suite and everything is perfect. My room was one of the newly renovated rooms and it was perfect. I would recommend this hotel .
Internet keeps cutting off every 10 seconds with the price of 26$. Staffs not helpful. Aweful!
Formerly Hilton on the Park , this hotel has seen hundreds of stars from Hollywood since opening in 1974. In 2003 the idea for Deck of Secrets guides was sketched on a cocktail napkin right here. Read more
On a cocktail napkin here back in 2003 the idea for the Deck of Secrets cards was first sketched by Michelle Matthews.
The hotel is a bit old and very noisy !! They are renovating it as it really needs it! The food is not very good rather disappointing! At least the location is good right opposite jolimont station!
Shittiest Pullman hotel I've been to. Power outage during the night and non working TV for 3 days!
It really is a lousy hotel . Food is the worst that I have eaten in other Pullmans. Old ugly dirty bathtubs and shower was leaking the whole night
This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment .
Always a great hotel to stay at.
Unhelpful staff , dirty rooms full of dust and hair on the carpet. Looks like they never vacuum !?!? Bathroom full of hair and tub is disgustingly old.
refurbished hotel ! i love it
