Nice view over the Alster and Hamburg, rooms are rather small but comfortable and pretty modern. The sauna is worth a trip.

Good location. Room is nice and comfy . Very clean . Service is great. The food is ok but pricey . The gym is clean and has new equipment but theres not much to chose from except for cardio .

After a long day, head to the spa for some relaxation. There's a heated bench with foot bathtubs and mixed gender sauna .

If you room is facing train station get ready to wake up at 6am when they start making super loud announcements

Upgrade to business class .room brings you complimentary premium tv , breakfast , newspaper, nespresso coffee maker. Is a good deal therefore.

Relaible business hotel with a good restaurant and a nightclub in the basement

Room service salmon is about 26 euros and that's what you get?! It was undercooked. Room was so cold, adjusting heating did not work. Gym equipment is new but there is barely anything:)

Unfortunatelly very disappointed with a room service . I order a classic burger and it has nothing to do with it. I would say it was actually not eatable at all. Taste similar to the shoe sole.

30 mins calling room service , finally had to go to reception to place my order. Bfast buffet not replenished, vacant tables were not clean , not enough staff to attend the demand obviously.

The restaurant is not bad at all. It was good italian food and much more affordable than I initially thought.

Schönes zentrales Hotel , auch wenn es gleich neben dem Bahnhof liegt hört man nichts denn die Fenster isolieren perfekt. Ich bin gerne hier... Frühstücksbuffet ist allerdings sehr teuer

Super Hotel . Bin jeden Monat mindestens 15 Mal in diversen Hotels , jedoch ist dieses hier spitze. Zuverlässig, nett und sauber.Weiter so!

Wenn man die Clubmusik auch auf dem Zimmer hören möchte, sind die Stockwerke 3 und 4 echte Geheimtipps. Wenn nicht, sind höher gelegene Zimmer angenehmer — nebenbei ist dort auch die Aussicht besser.

War im 22. Stock . Schöner Ausblick. Im Sommer ist die Dachterasse bestimmt cool.
