Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile

I haven't even tried most of the amenities , but the luxurious bedding and the gorgeous view make this the best. Also, the staff are beyond friendly and accomodating. Bliss.

Front desk service is extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable . Location is phenomenal. Take advantage of the patio at Café des architectes and Le Bar downstairs.

Great hotel in a great location in Chicago. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the prices were reasonable.

Rather than have breakfast at the hotel cafe , there is a little diner around the corner on the same block. Just head out the front door and turn right. It's called Tempo.

This place has very professional and nice staff . Public spaces have a nice and modern decor . The rooms are fresh and upscale but they are nothing if you like modern European.

Great place to stay... expensive , but reasonable when you book on Hotwire... great concierge ... close to the John Hancock and I highly recommend the bar on the 96th floor!

There are complimentary snacks and waiters are friendly . If you want a quiet spot to talk, sit by the fire place. Prices are decent

One of the best hotels in Chicago . Stay there for special occasion , you won't regret. Cafe des Architectes and Le Bar are also worth checking.

Cheeseburger in Sofitel was the best I've ever had! Amazing experience. I absolutely loved it.

Check-in at Le Bar at Sofitel Chicago and get a free appetizer with the purchase of a cocktail or other alcoholic beverage ! There's also a sweet gift certificate available for the mayor.

Great hotel with awesome service. There is also a taxi stand right outside so getting a cab is never a problem.

Snag a Bees Knees martini from the bar . Super delicious. The Lamb Bacon salad is one the best you'll taste.

Hotel has great service but taxis in city are horrible. Was told for great car service to hotel to call Echo Limousine 773-774-1074. Friendly and polite Drivers. No Stress!

Nice rooms, but awkward, cramped showers . I'd suggest the Swissotel instead if you're an Accor patron.

Wifi is slow, but it's free. You have the option to pay for faster speeds if you need it.
