Parking garage across the street is 8 bucks cheaper per day compared to hotel valet. But, self-parking doesn't come with unlimited in and out privileges...valet at hotel does.
Really like the hotel because of its location. Cost is up there. For the price you pay they can give free breakfast , regardless of Hilton Hhonors status. Valet parking fee, WOW. 45 per day.
Definitely worth the high price! I loved the life size chess and checkers game!
The housekeeping came to our room everyday at 8am. Everyday we were still sleeping. I recommend putting the "do not disturb sign up"--but even then they still knocked on our door.
Front desk staff are really helpful, friendly & professional. Rooms r lacking. Whoever was singing, or rather trying to sing n the bar really needs voice lessons & a better choice of songs. Rude mgmt
The potato skins are amazing down at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is the perfect way to wake up.
Great location for cma fest. .4 mi to downtown activities and .7 mi to LP Field .
The WiFi is now available in every room !! You do not have to plug in anymore !!! YEAH !! My IPAD now works perfectly !!
Valet parking is a little much .. Comfy beds , quiet rooms, there are Reno's going on, restaurant was way over priced ... Ate better and Drank better at other places..
They now have a very strong WIFI signal in all the rooms and in the Lobby !

Bourbon Street blues and jazz club . Excellent place to hang.
Avoid lunch here unless you have time to spare. Service can be a little slow, at least on the weekends.
The hotel staff will wake you up if there is a tornado warning.

Hotel is nice free shuttle service to go out, however they never came to pick us up. We had to take a cab after waiting for over an hour.
The wig shop up the street is extraordinary - check it out!

The breakfast is excellent....hashbrowns, sausage , all the fixins....
Cheese and sausage plate is sooooo good.
Coffee in hotel restaurant is not exciting or good. Walk over to Starbucks in the lobby instead.
Mongolian BBQ is half block and serves up a very good, cheap breakfast .
