Mille-feuille katsu was juicy and tender - something different from the usual loin or fillet cuts! Remember to have everyone present otherwise you can't enter during peak periods.
Miso Katsu is freaking delicious. The miso is poured over half the thing so you can still dip the plain half into your tonkatsu sauce for the traditional taste .
They are very very generous with the free flow items :) very attentive service !
