Award winning tea room . Service was great but prices are steep. Scones were served hot and the Victoria sponge was really good. Nice experience but not worth the prices.
Nice ambiance n friendly staff except for 1 who is rough in her speech n mannerisms . What a pity.
Really rude staff , disgusting manners . Told us to wait outside 20min wait when half the tea room was empty.Said the delay was due to lack of teapots even though we could see a stack! Not worth a penny!
One of the waitresses was a little rude, but the tea & scones were very nice.
Jane Austen blend + carrot cake = Smart and delicious choice for one person who is in rush!
Little pricey . The sandwiches are good but you can skip the scones .
Way overpriced!
Lovely ambience, friendly staff
very nice buns, served hot :) try the salmon bun sandwich with the soup of the day and the chocolate bun for the desert. - Chloe Goddet
I love the apple and blackcurrant flapjack with a BTP tea. 😀 - Daniel Tull
We went in, then out, its pricy. - László Tóth
A fantastic afternoon tea is beeing served in the café on second floor. We had the best scones ever here. The museum is not that good. - Michael B.
The best place in Bath! So amazingly interesting and beautiful! Must get the audio guide, just wish tourists weren't so disrespectful - Georgia M
