Sally Lunn, a Huguenot refugee (French Protestant), came to this bake-house in 1680 and started to make rich, light, round ‘Bunns.’ The Sally Lunn Bunns and the blend tea are fantastic for lunch .

Pamela Chow

Great service (a mistake meant my main course arrived after everyone else had finished but they gave it for free and then were happy to accommodate our desert requests from the lunch menu ). Great bun .

Cleber Fregatto

Highly recommend this place. It’s so historic with great sense of itself. I have never had a bun so good. The place is quite small, there will be a line to enter. The service was lovely.

Yum! Cinnamon Butter is FAB! So is the the Salmon Sandwich . HAVE BOTH! Worth going, if you can make a reservation , do, if you can't, and don't have time? Run downstairs to their museum and buy one!

Chee Wai Wong

Massively long queue in a very very small place. The serve all their food on top of bread (they call lunn). Reasonably good - just make sure you call for reservation before you go.

Amy Y

Cute tea room with friendly staff and a museum downstairs. The Victoria tea (Sally Lunn bun with lemon curd ) is delicious.

Nerys Hillier

Everytime I go to Bath I make sure I have a Sally Lunn’s. And everytime I’m amazed by how delicious it is (my memory never does it justice). It’s my favourite place in Bath!

Such a nice place with very friendly staff , the starter was great, the desert was microwaved back to hot and the coffee came served as if it was going to be good, it was instant coffee a real shame

Giulia Forlini

Great buns . Really soft. Don't touch the gluten free scones with a barge pole. Actually you could hit them with a barge pole and they'd be none the worse.
