I have stayed here way too many times... but always enjoyed it! It is not a top luxury hotel but it offers great & friendly service and a touch of London which you won't find in chain hotels !
Great location across from the British Museum . Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was large and well appointed and the bed was heaven.
Hotel bar . Good drinks, good food, live piano in the evenings. Hood menu... My dog thinks this club sandwich was for him...
Great place to stop for afternoon tea after a few hours exploring the British Museum . And they have gluten free scones !!

Great staff . Cigar smoke can get overwhelming if you don't like that kinda thing. Good grub and they LOVE dogs. Brought mine water and a bone :)

Très bel hotel British en plein centre. Attention à la taille de certaines chambres , au bruit de la rue et des parquets qui grincent. A part cela c'est super bien et l'accueil est top.
Je recommande le Traditionnal Afternoon Tea... Un grand moment !
