A very classy hotel on a lovely private square, on the edge of trendy Clerkenwell and just a short walk to the Barbican! Look out for the mansion block used as Hercule Poirot's home...

My new favorite London hotel ! Friendly staff , great locale. The no room service before 11a is killing me a little tho.

A must stay! Specially designed beds and bespoke furniture are just some of the cool features in this boutique bolthole.

Has great steaks and the most amazing chocolate and peanut pudding in the new Stripbar Restaurant......to die for!!!!

Lastminute deals get a small but comfortable room - soft bed , nice shower but no bathtub. Continental breakfast buffet is fine but overpriced at £15; cooked options are good, with nice Eggs Benedict.

Not west end central but great for city . Secluded area so little street noise. Good rooms and perfect size to be exclusive. Bar is decent but probably needs a refresh.

Good hotel . Nice up to date rooms with decent wifi .

Handy for Farringdon station. Whilst building work is on, ask for a room at the back if you want a lie-in.

The sunday lunch menu for £20 is amazing, I highly recommend it!

Cool and quiet , London's branch of the wonderful Malmaison chain is set on Charterhouse Square, beautifully chilled yet close to London's best spots.

Beautiful food and their Sunday menu is FANTASTIC value for money !

The big Sunday lunch is really bad value for veggies due to lack of a substantive main course. In other words, £25 for a fraction of the buffet then a plate of pasta . They really need a veggie roast.

Great hotel , nice big room and good WiFi .

Nice and quiet hotel but shame about the area in the night. It feels quote scary and lot of rubbish outside from restaurants .
