One of the best burgers I've ever tasted. And they're huge! They use Hearst beef which pairs incredibly with their Tempranillo . Don't get stuck at the tourist traps at the castle , this is the spot.
there Sunday Apr 5 after Hearst Castle .had a BLT with turkey ham & club and a small fry. WOW! and the fries dipped blue cheese amaze. We tasted and bought the 3 Sisters Red Wine
Wine is surprisingly good (rose and cab sav), and you really can’t beat the view . The food truck is really tasty but it will take twice as long to get your food as they say.
