Not horrible for a chain!! I like the upper west location. Nice bar ! Ok and reasonably priced menu. I would come back. I liked the ricotta pancakes for brunch . Bloody Mary's not so impressive!

Ever since trying the VIP pizza here, I have been addicted. I order it once a week now. The sauce is tangy , and the globs of fior di latte mozzarella melt perfectly. They have a kids menu too.

The staff was attentive, our waiter brought the food out quickly (as we asked)... we got a salad , chicken entree , and pizza to share - all were absolutely phenomenal, baked and seasoned to perfection

The Lemon Ricotta pancakes are light, fluffy & delicious brunch choice. The Bresaola pizza is great!

This place could be much better but it's not managed very well . Servers are amateur but the food is ok. Good value for families.

Burger had a unusual "seasoning" that reminded me of meatloaf . Fries were fine. 1st pizza was incorrect. Quickly replaced with the right pie, but it was room temp. O.K. drinks. I won't return.

The food is ok but the waiter was weird, not kind at all and he forces you to give high tips. A place to go when you dont have options.

Smoke Salmon Benedict for brunch and a Latte you can't go wrong with that

Great pizza . Everything else is average. Waiting staff has a long way to go to give good service .

Pretty average experience. Very small glasses of wine for $12-14. Good is good but not great or memorable. Pizza is probably your best bet here for the money.

The veggie lasagna is AMAZING!

The others were right. The servers were inattentive, and the place was not even packed. We liked the pesto , but we did not bother to have dessert anymore - so we can salvage the evening elsewhere.

Don't go for brunch ! Dinner is awesome.

Batali's Flor Proseco is served here!

Good food but terrible service.

Bartender sprayed a beer all over me, told me my drink would be for free, then charged me $14 for it. A friend ordered a vodka and lemonade- got charged $11 for a Grey Goose. This place sucks.

Breakfast service is a hot mess. Orders are incorrect, cold plates , slow service. Staff is friendly but overwhelmed.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Salada de espinafre com queijo feta com acréscimo de camarão e mais nada. Gaste 30 dólares para apenas isso. Não é ruim, mas nada demais. Atendimento educado .

Bom atendimento, massas gostosas e servem bem rápido. Mesmo cheio , não demorou para conseguir uma mesa.
