This place is fantastic! They are quick. Foods amazing; I always see them checking temperatures and making things perfect AND they do it with a smile!!

In Royal oak and decided to stop in... The young lady that served us was one of the most pleasant people I've ever had at a restaurant ... Love the food!!!!

Qdoba > breathing. Get the chicken nachos , chips on the side. Rice instead of beans, and shredded cheese (optional dollop of sour cream ). Life-changing.

For only having two people working we got in and out with our order faster than 90% of most other restaurants with a fully crew. KUDOS TO QDOBA!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave bad reviews, but after multiple times being disappointed, I will never return here. Rude workers. No customer service skills.

This store needs to stop having the managers work as drunks. This guy working behind the counter was so drunk last night he smelled. The fat curly guy walks like he has a stick up his wide but.

The stereo is broken. It plays very loud & tinny. One worker says " it sucks!" They don't know how to fix it. And they can't turn it off. It's super annoying.

I don't get all the complaints. It's typically fine.

Just had the worst food. Chicken smelled awful and had a bad taste. This fat fro manager with a fake accent tried hitting on my wife right in front of me and smelled of alcohol . I am pissing mad.

They over charged me for my food and when I complained the "manager" or so he said he was one, was an as*hole. It's okay cause I called the 800 # and gave a bad review.

What an embarrassment this place is. Just took my girlfriend here to have a rude manager talk like his crap doesn't stink. This dude with the fro is a self centered dick head. Chipotle here we come.

Super skimpy on guacamole . Lame.

My advise... Do NOT waste your money here. Food taste stale. Rude staff and a lot of managers smell of alcohol . I tried contacting the district manager but from what I understand he is a douche bag.

Slow service, no kinetic and 34 minutes to get a Burritos ... Seriously. Take a drive instead, 10.25 for a cruddy burrito thy the better tasting and less expensive Chipotle

This was the worst experience this weekend. Drunk employees and hair in my food? I don't understand why customer device does NOT return calls. Chipotle is by far better.
