High Line (10th Ave & W 17th St) New York , NY 10011 United States
Did you know? Before the High Line was built in 1934, freight trains traveled along 10th Avenue, creating such dangerous conditions that the busy thoroughfare became known as “Death Avenue.”
This area of the park has benches where you can sit & people watch , there's also a glass that allows you to look out unto the street below. It's also an amphitheatre where public performances are held
See if you can find Liliput's small-scale statues installed in unusual and unexpected places at the High Line ... said to create an art treasure hunt for visitors.
James Corner Field Operations, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Piet Oudolf created a design for the park with plantings inspired by the self-seeded landscape that once grew on the High Line .

Hermoso!
Lindo recorrido, mucho calor!
I love that they uses nature fresh fruits and herbs in their pops. My favorite was the peach Jasmine and my kids loved the watermelon rosemary. I would visit them again. - Theresa Marius

Love this place. It's a little rabbit warren of eateries. Very packed on a Saturday afternoon, but a great atmosphere. Watch out for all the lobster munching, it's carnage - John Barnham
