Had Jiro Ramen , comes with big portion and thick succulent char siew . Worth to give it a try. Come early to avoid disappointment as they only serve until sold out.
Ajitama egg is great; flowing egg yolk ????Ramen is ok, soup is not heavy type. Cabbage could be softer. Pork slice is great; tender, deep taste, slight burnt fragrance ????????
