Super tasty tapas ; fresh ingredients simply prepared but just right. As you would find in the best tapas restaurants in Madrid, Barcelona or Santander. Classic tortilla , croquetas de Crab & carabinero

Mela Mel

Best food and best service ever, you'll feel like at home. Have a carabinero prawn and the croquettes , not to talk about the jamon iberico de bellota. It's my fav in London. And watch out for celebs!!

Peter McGill

The tortilla is amazing! No reservations , so prepare yourself for a 45 - 1 hour wait, however, it adds to the personality of the restaurant . There staff are friendly and helpful.

Emre Karagozlu

Everything out of sea is delicious. And the tortillas and milhojas . Staff so friendly . Fun to watch them cooking in front of you.

S P

Simply good no fuss food. Razor clams , crab croquettes , scallops , chipirones, sea urchin , prawns ... All very good and worth the wait (no reservations ).

Nabil Bazzari

Amazing spanish food . Have different locations in London. Razor clams , rice with seafood , spare ribs , etc. Only have bar stools...no tables. Go to nice covent gardens square after

Daren Williams

Excellent quality dishes in a buzzy but not noisy setting, friendly staff . Entrecot was the highlight. Counter dining so it's best to dine as a pair.

Joyce Cheng

Only had to wait for 15 mins at the covent garden branch on a sat night. Everything on the menu was delightful; my faves on the night were the mussels .Will definitely come back to try everything!

M Amour

No reservations ...first come first serve...once in, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! That said seafood paella is a must!

Genevieve Ho

Extremely fresh mackerel . Simple preparation but great fresh flavors. Go for scotch egg too!

Matt Ta-Min

Amazing amazing food here. Calves liver on cauliflower puree (specials menu) was excellent. All complimented by excellent sherries .

Ronald DL

Very busy place but worth the wait. Delicious tapas prepared with passion. Try the braised tongue or tasty cockles

Matt Ta-Min

Exceptional cooking here. Such simple but amazing dishes. Highly recommend the crab croquettes , lambs kidneys, skewers and the brain. Sherries are also superb here.

Eric H

Great staff - all passionate and knowledgable . Tapas is delightfully tasty. A taste of Spain at its best

Gartzena

Efficient and friendly staff . Superb pinchos morunos & chipirones. Not impressed with patatas aliñadas & doughnuts though. Overall it's a good place. Bear in mind the only place to eat it's @ the bar

The Times and Sunday Times

The anemone was breathtaking. It was served as five little deep-fried nuggets in a paper cone and had the consistency, texture and even flavour of lamb’s brains... Read more

The pork ribs are above the rest but anything with gambas was deliscious avoid the most expensive wine on the menu as the cheaper options are actually better. Service is exceptional!

Kiwi Wang

Really like a little slice of Spain in London ! Can't go wrong with anything, but definitely get the boudin noir and the octopus

Cenker Köse

You can easily find a place during lunch time on Saturdays. Ask for daily special dishes and must order halloumi croquettes !

Jason Quarisa

Amazing! A must go in London. Wait time can be long so get there early. It’s bar seating only so 2-3 people tops.

Grahame Buss

I love this place - from the banderilla to the espresso . It is great that you can't book - otherwise you would never get in. But, sadly not for vegans/vegetarians.

James H

Graze on classic tortilla , ibérico short ribs , with a bottle of Priorat wine , and watch the show.

Andrew Fox-Russell

Brilliant tapas as always - the velvety salmorejo has to be one of the best this side of Madrid!

Youngwon Yoon

Definitely worth the wait. They do not do seating for more than four people. We had a party of five but it was okay standing by the bar .

Utku Topuz

My best in London. Brill and wine were fantastic. Friendly stuff and chance to chat to your neighbours is also marvelous...

Emma McNiven

This branch has a charcoal grill , so expect delicious meat, fish & seafood . Melt-in-your-mouth lamb 's kidneys and succulent suckling pig .

R

Superb fooood & staff are excellent. This Barrafina is much quieter than Dean Street - Easy to get a space.

S P

Sardines, crab cakes , red mullet, and chipirones; à light simple meal but oh so yummy...

Yaroslav Ganin

Amazing food. Highlights: Cuttlefish Croquetas , Iberian Pork Ribs , Milhojas (a very light and tender dessert ).

Danyah Ismail

Every dish in this restaurant is worth trying. So mouthwatering and satisfying!

Ozle

One of the best tapas I've had in London. Amazing food and fabulous staff . I'll definitely go again!

John (aka “PHATFoodFan”)

Get the Gambas Rojas, fresh and just perfectly seasoned. 😋😋😋

Alberto Menegazzi

Loved the tapas , great idea that the menu is different in each of the three locations in London

Hadeel K

The food was good, but maybe I have chosen some wrong choices on the menu with some plates that, on average, I didn't like it. They are sitting only on the counter, so it's not that comfortable .

Ross Groom

You can't book and it's always full so you'll get told to wait but don't worry, it doesn't take nearly as long as they say!

Tom McLoughlin

Everything, especially the suckling pig . Although, the herb crusted rabbit shoulder had a bit too much herb.

Merten Wulfert

All-round amazing place. Great seafood and tapas , fresh Estrella de Galicia cañas, awesome service.

Ieva Lekaviciute

Amazing place, simply loved it!! Feels like a bit of Spain in London , will surely come back.

John (aka “PHATFoodFan”)

The fried peppers were amazing, definitely get them!

Tommy K

Simply fantastic range of dishes. One special with herb encrusted rabbit was divine!

Julia Sandler

Absolutely amazing. I especially loved the crab on toast and the pork ribs . Sensational!

Alberto Menegazzi

Love the food in each of the three locations, which have slightly different menusNot cheap , though...

James Daniel

Amazing food and service. Make sure you make a reservation . Wine is Excellent too

M Aldoss ♏

Spanish Omelet was really gooood 👍🏼

Cansu Akalin

Go for the Iberian Pork ribs and octopus . Everything tastes so good.

Yuval Zukerman

Phenomenal tapas . The suckling pig , fennel/pear/radish and croquette are all to die for.

Jason Tse

No reservation policy so do arrive early or enjoy some cold meats and cava while you wait. It's worth the wait.

Lucie Štěpánková

Fresh and flavoursome food. Great atmosphere and huge choice of tastes.

Andrew White

Every dish was absolutely brilliant. Service fantastic. Prepare to eat too much :)
