Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling...

A chain from Japan, but it's probably the best ramen in Seattle. Don't even try the low sodium broth and go for the traditional broth. Add an egg an the fatty pork belly and go home happy.
Get the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen with extra wavy noodles ! Got chicken charshu with mine along with pork belly but nothing special about the chicken so skip. 4/5
Nice, cheap house sake and delicious umame scents wafting from the open kitchen :) Also, I appreciate the non sketchy bar seating for solo patrons. ???????? #partyofone #girlnightout
Second location to the one in Northgate. Same familiar feel. Recently renamed to Kizuki. Garlic tonkotsu was tasty. Bar seating available to 21+ to skip the line .
This place is no joke. Very clean , staff is numerous and friendly , service is great, and the soup is insanely good. I recommend the garlic or spicy ramen .
I upgraded to the pork belly spicy ramen ! So delicious! The broth is so flavorful! Friendly staff !
Chicken karaage was incredible. We got the chicken ramen and the spicy ramen and both were the best ramen we’ve ever had. Cannot recommend enough!!
I had spicy ramen , maybe not the best ever, but decent. Japanese pork bun was delicious, especially eaten with wasabi
Delicious traditional tonkatsu shoyu ramen . Swap the pork for pork belly . The karaage is deliciously marinaded in ginger/soy sauce and comes with a spicy Japanese mayo .
Delicious and spicy ramen . Large portions , too - so easy to over order. Hopping, but not too busy at 1pm so good for lunch .
Most authentic ramen shop in Seattle. Similar to upscale ramen in Omotesando. Try the tonkotsu ramen-it is rich!
My favorite ramen place in seattle, get your choice of ramen (low-sodium option, trust me) and the chicken karaage
Pretty solid bowl of ramen . The karaage is great too.
Amazing ramen . Didn't feel as though the low sodium broth lacked any flavor. Also sub for premium pork for only .50c more! So worth it
Octopus dumplings were decent. Ramen is above average. The don bowls were really good. Even small was very filling.
Chicken ramen is excellent here! The broth that is, because the chicken itself was a tad bland. But still worth it!
Try the takoyaki and garlic tonkotsu ramen ! I'd definitely recommend upgrading to pork belly and add an extra egg if you're extra hungry
Really good customer service, amazing food. Try the Mango Mochi for dessert !
Glad to see that the soup comes out piping hot... Just as it should be!
Oh my. What can I not eat and like? Everything is so authentic good here.
Garlic ramen with an egg is the best on a rainy day
Solid ramen , get extra egg because they are amazing
You can do better than the Japanese pork bun . Don't be lured in!
Best value: get the shout ramen + egg
The garlic ramen is amazing!
Best chicken karaage I've ever had
Spicy ramen - level 3 is so good. Has a good kick but not overwhelming.
probably my favorite place to get ramen . kukai > santouka
Best ramen broth in Seattle
Excellent noodle spot
Grab the shirataki (yam ) noodles If you're doing keto or low-calorie diets. Pretty solid.
always add an egg !
It gets super busy! Put your name in early.
Really strong AC and air flow (for these covid times)
Occasionally they have painfully clueless hosts.
More authentic that some of the Seattle ramen spots, e.g. Kushibar.
The garlic tonkatsu is amazing
Best Ramen we ever had!
The tempura was undercooked and floppy, with some also being burned?
Chilli in Ramen...first experience but not bad.
Garlic ramen was good!
Pretty decent Tokotsu ramen
The reviews were great but my ramen was underwhelming.
The ramen is goooood!
Garlic Ramem was amazing.
Delicious and super fast!
Opt for low sodium. Even the low sodium has lots of salt
The kaarage don is my favorite dish here. The ramen is mediocre if you eat ramen often. Not particularly bad but not great either.
Garlic shoyu ramen
Delicious!
Get Ooink’s specially Kotteri Ramen. If you like spicy, get Spicy Kotteri Ramen. Yum! - KC Star
We waited for 45 minutes but it's so worth it. All ramens are amazing! But if I have to rank, it would be:1. Tonkatsu Ramen (picture)2. Shio Ramen3. Miso Rekka (Spicy) - Kat ????
Try the flights to compare different beans and brewing techniques. Everything is made in store including all the syrups and pastries. Grab a seat by the baristas to get the best experience. - Luke Wang
