This is a great place to take the kids. The butterfly house is not for those who do not like insects as the butterflies regularly land on people and fly close to faces.

Take a moment to admire a butterfly. They're beautiful, calming & peaceful . My characters in my sequel are visiting this particular tropical oasis while visiting Seattle. They love it.

Make sure to check out the chrysalis display where they are growing new ones. Also, ask about what they do with the dead ones :)

The large brown ones you see resting are the same as the beautiful blue ones you see flying. Just wait for them to unfurl their wings.
