Outside trail can stay icy in places when cold. Great park to get your run done
Ride your bike to the park and then run the trail . Great way to log miles on foot and with your wheels.
The running trail is 2.6 miles. It is a fast trail that is really easy on your legs. Watch out for the sprinklers in the summer.
Very crowded on nice days. Bike there on overcast days.
FYI- most of the water fountains don't work.
