As a Viet person, I have to say... Cheap and delicious! Try a sandwich or fresh bowl with roasted pork

Fresh rolls are excellent. Only $6 and you get two rolls. The peanut sauce that comes with the tofu rolls is not too sweet or too sticky.

Usually I wouldn't pay $6+ for banh mi , since Duc Loi and Saigon Sandwiches exist, but their roast pork is legit, it's big, plus it's hella close to work

very good and inexpensive , but portions are small. you might want to order a couple of things if you are really hungry.

their $3 chicken broth on a cold day is so, so good. also all of their banh mi are good

My personal favorite is the meatball banh mi . Their fresh rolls are also excellent

Their papaya salad is delicious and one of the cheapest lunches you can get in SoMa

Their sardine sandwiches uses some low quality canned sardines . I'd be down paying one buck more to get good quality canned fish .

Long lines during lunch . Smaller portions than normal but pretty good.

Roasted pork bowl for $6. Perfect portion. I just wish they added a bit of jalapeño . It is tame on spice. Thankfully: sriracha !
