Grab a Chicago style hot dog at the beach cafe in the summer. Chill along Lake Michigan. Bike , rollerblade and run on the paths along Lake Shore Drive. Right near the heart of downtown. A great spot!

This is less crowded than North Avenue Beach . It is fantastic for people watching and sometimes even boat watching.
