Call ahead and reserve the pig head! Lots of food (pork loin , bread , fried pork , etc.) and supplement with some side dishes/veggies. Pair with the Smokey Old Fashioned or a barrel aged bourbon .

Their barrel-aged cocktails are really well done, and the cornflake crusted chicken livers ...wow. Pork cheek stew is another fave, and the fried pork shank . And...and...and...ya, I love this place.

Braised beef brisket , heirloom tomatoes , and whiskey cocktails were phenomenal. Must get the brisket !

The tater tots were so-so, but the real star was the grilled goat cheese and tomato jam on locally made brioche . Hands down the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever eaten.

Great food and fun atmosphere . I've been here twice already and will easily be back again. The only disappointing part on my second trip was the drop in quality of their pecan pie . Still great.

Great meats and cocktails , and if you can recruit your friends and book a few months out, the beast feast is not to be missed.

Bourbon margarita , beef brisket , tater tots w/egg and gravy , watermelon tomato salad , all excellent! Skip the McMillan Manhattan .

Justin is the best! Super informative and has great suggestions. Recommend the Piledriver cocktail and Radiator whiskey single barrel reserve Knob Creek bourbon .

The drink selection seemed to be on point, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food. Although, they had cheese curds on special, and those were quite delicious (but hard to go wrong).
