Seng Kee has been in business for over 20 years. Mr Lee's trade mark is the way he makes lots of clanging noises when he is cooking his Bak Chor Mee.

Wong Ah Yoke, food critic, prefers the soup version . Broth is delicious w distinct flavours of pork & dried sole. He orders the $10 version which "hits the sweet spot every time". Source: Sunday Times
Only regular know this, you can ask for egg in your noodles . The egg changes the texture of the sauce and you get a fantastic mix of bak chor mee and lor mee !
Fish maw soup with noodles . Fresh ingredients and super tasting soup . Yummy!
Get the soup version , the soup is so flavourful.
Mushroom minced meat noodles : They were pricier than elsewhere. The dry bak chor mee has no soup (they charge $1 for soup ?!). The noodles had crispy lard & the sauce was pretty tasty though not super.
Look out for some noodle making virtuosity with bowl tossing and catching. (Empty bowls, of course.)
The dumplings were decent. The soup was pretty tasty, with a strong seaweed taste.
The soup and dumplings are not as good as the Father era, still decent, $9 for this extra version.
Simply the best! Fish Maw da bomb!
