Was feeling adventurous and wanted to try the "dry" one for the first time. Tip: Don't. Definitely inferior to the "soup " on so many levels! Too much chili and original flavour is lost. More ex too!

Bak chor mee is supposed to be very famous here, but I just find it an awfully average Singaporean dish. If you must, order the soup version
