The staff at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is totally awesome. The physical condition of the hotel is horrible. This hotel is in severe need of a total remodel, upgrade, rebuild. And no fitness center !!
Great atmosphere. Long term staff delivers consistent service model. Old school Hawaiian vacation. Ukulele lessons can’t be beat!!

Has anyone noticed the stickers on your balcony door? They are mysteriously rearranged everyday. Does the housekeeper do that?!
Excellent snorkeling at Black Rock, the rocky outcropping to the right of the hotel (in front of the Sheraton)!
Cultural Activities are great, great location and the staff was lovely!!
