A lovely theatre . May not be the best acoustics wise but still an experience.
The meat sandwiches are pretty good! For $7 I must say it's quite worth it! :) Oh! And hv I mentioned they use that Zip Hydrotap thing so you can quench your thrist stylishly ? :)
Acoustic wise, I'd say it probably wouldn't compare with Syd Opera House yet the intimacy of the theatre makes up for it. Couldn't possibly imagine watching Kings of Convenience live elsewhere!:)
Beautiful music hall, comfortable seating , steep staggered view so you can usually see the stage, even if you're short like me!
In 1983 Princess Diana & Prince Charles came to Hamer Hall for an evening of classical music . Now its your turn! #LoveOHM
My first time in Hamer Hall recently for Train 's concert . What a great venue!
Explore redeveloped public areas of the building and join guided tours that will highlight artworks and points of interest with Open House 10am to 4pm - Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July 2012 #OHM2012
Beautiful venue, recently remastered.
Get off at Flinders Street and walk, it's smack dab in the middle of two stops.
Even the nose bleed seats are awesome, although I prefer the stalls
Don't buy tickets at the box office - they sold the same seats for a show to three different people, and moved us to worse seats, and then refused any sort of refund.
Venue re opening lae July 2012. Should be some good bars and restaurants along the river front.
There's no phone reception down stairs.
Currently closed for a two year redevelopment - see a major work in progress 10am-4pm Sunday July 31 as part of Melbourne Open House 2011
Great valet parking
Watch out for the old people.. They shove you around like its their last day
Funny to see the elderly snooze during the show.
Love the seafood platter here! Gorgeous colours and so delicious! Pork pizza is the bomb. Loved the hand made breads and base for pizza. - Yin Ling
Brilliant view of the city - Matthew Hall
If you’re trying to buy a single ticket and the website wouldn’t let you because there are only two seats together left, come here - there’s no fee - J
