Great location and fun classes . They can get crowded , though, so show up early.
Excellent gym . Clean , great ac , plenty of weights, machines and treadmills . Expensive day passes for non-members ($25). Charm your way to a much better week pass ($35).
Go after 8AM or 8PM to beat the crowds. When there are not classes going on you can use the class room to do your workout
7 am sunrise salutations is one of the best hour yoga classes you'll find in the city--Amrit is one of the most incredible, mindful, and happy teachers around. Beware--this is not for beginners!
Lots of bros and it makes sense when the DJ comes on. Overall good layout - that said the stretching area is small so you may need to get creative or stretch at home.
Awesome spin classes offered at this location - we love the ones taught by Carl the most!
This is one of the nicer Crunches I've been at in the city . The men's locker rooms are smaller but definitely more corporate feeling and less like a high school locker room .
Take any classes offered with Carl Hall. You body will thank you!
