Marukin Ramen

Same entrance as Nong's Khao Man Gai. Different ramens everyday. I came in on the Monday and really enjoyed the rich but not overwhelming miso ramen. Karaage is done right here too.

The Miso Ramen 🍜 was a perfect balance, a little spicy and a bunch of flavor. The beef cuts were so tender that they literally melted in my mouth.

The miso ramen is much better than the shoyu, but I am super partial to tonkotsu broth, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The karaage is so-so (noraneko's is way better)

The red tonkotsu Marukin ramen is GREAT. I'm glad I came back for a second chance. The karaage was better this time too.

Ask the friendly, music-savvy staff to pull up your favorite tune on their Sonos setup.
