The “Best Dirty Martini ” in Charleston! We were there for 6 days kept coming back no one else beat out HC cocktails ! Great ambiance not crazy busy, definitely a flow and very relaxing with great jazz !
Great happy hour specials , 4-6pm. Cheap craft beers and handmade cocktails . 3 piece jazz band during the week in the bar area is exceptionally nice.
Still dreaming about the espresso martini I had here.... After delish picnic plate , filet mignon , fried brussel sprouts & Pinot noir . Only tables in right side dining room can hear live music .
Seth is the best waiter ever and also the nicest person in general. As an out-of-town northerner, I love that southern hospitality . Also, you wouldn't think to order it but the margarita is excellent.
Amazing coffee , excellent service. Get the macchiato muffin and crab cake Benedict .
Definitely try the Charleston Cocktail - sweet goodness. Katies Last Word is definitely a strong sipping martini . Truffle infused popcorn was a worthy recommendation
Brunch is amazing! Crab Benedict to die for. Plus great coffee ! One of my favorite spots downtown.
Great food, service and music . Salmon , shrimp and grits 's and peach cobbler . All were great!
Awesome yellowfin tuna melt on pretzel roll . For those of you who like to keep it healthy, you can get a small salad rather than fries . Slow service, so don't expect a quick lunch .
Try their barnraiser cocktail . It ours a fundraiser to help rebuild the industries damaged in the recent fire. Whiskey , local-made ginger ale and bitters , it's quite tasty!
Duck with apples is a perfect blend of flavors. Recommended.

She Crab soup was more of a chowder here…and fresh oysters !
The swordfish and shrimp & grits were great!
In a town of very good restaurants High Cotton still stand out!
Everything we ate was amazing, but I did love the fried brussels sprouts
Decent food. Shrimp and grits was solid.
Drink a Charleston Cocktail , like an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea vodka . Delicious! Also recommend the Buttermilk Fried Oysters , they are huge!
Almond Pain Perdue is one of the best dishes I have ever had.
apple tart with cinnamon ice cream was amazing! ice wine with it was unnecessary as it was too sweet, coffee or espresso would have been better
Great jazz trio in the bar--not bad for a Monday.
The Buffalo pork belly bites are sinful! I enjoyed very much
If you like bourbon , order the Smokey Rose cocktail - $5 during happy hour .
