Fascati is a slice joint -- no wood burned, no artisanal touches. But it's exactly what a slice joint should be -- good pizza served quickly and without nonsense. Very proud to call it my local.

The best pepperoni pizza . Like I didn't eat pepperoni pizza until fascati. They close whenever they feel like it. So watch out.

Some days the pizzas here are crispy and delicious, and some days they are soggy and meh. Still, it's an institution and a slice joint . Closed Mondays.

Slices are good but whole pies are better. Save room for mint chip Italian ice . $2.50 for a small that is huge; tastes just like bluebell mint chocolate chip .
