Crown Promenade Hotel

The view at suite room level 15 is just nice, with perfect viewing angle for the fire show at night. Wide range of tv channels too! Got a Nespresso machine, my favourite coffee maker!

Comfy simple room , great location connected to the whole Crowne entertainment complex , short walk to river , downtown. Simple breakfast buffet but cld hv better coffee !

Nice hotel because it's connected to the main crown casino (if you are 18+) so you can spend time indoors if the weather is not so nice outside. Get a studio room if you can

Comfortable and clean . Did not provide as many amenities as Crown Towers, but nevertheless, a nice place to stay.

Mention you're at a loose end as you check in and they'll give you a voucher for the casino . Put it on black. If you lose, no loss. If you win, cash in immediately and walk away...

Pros: Location, casino , food, river , beer & more. Cons: Expensive for everything including the rooms & places surrounding.

You will get to have your workout at the hotel 's excellent gym . The equipment here are all new and state-of-the-art.

I get up @ 3am EVERYDAY to make breakfast for people who stay here, I work 17 hour shifts.. sorry but put yourself in my shoes .. Complementry breakfast my A$$.

Not the best pool. But love being located just a little bit away from the crowd. Good view of fireworks at Nye.

Put me in a smokers room (phew it stinks) - was not asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room.

Everything is that little bit too hard, after being a DM at a 5star hotel in NZ and experiencing the customer service at ths hotel I would be ashamed to work here. Great property but staff attitude?!

Terrible concierge service. Refused to even try organising transport for guests after 200+ function. According to Josh it's "too hard".

Unfortunate there is no complementary breakfast
