Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

Had 2 have room vacuumed, bathroom cleaned . Housekeeping awful between me & whoever was here before. Person in front of me had issue w/ his room also. Not sure why rooms were not made up correctly.

wireless iffy. I have low standards as long as the AC works. so far rooms clean .

First time here and our shower didn't work, no maintenance team in the building, and had to use another rooms shower just to come back to our room to get ready. I wasn't 100% pleased.

Love this hotel ! Great breakfast .

Looks like it opened recently - good set-up for basic hotel near airport

but ... plastic plates,bowls, cups and cutlery may keep washing and storage costs down ... however, not pleasant to use

Poor customer service. Do not use shuttle unless you want to wait while the driver picks up his friends that are not even staying at hotel .
