If you're looking for a view that actually includes St. Paul's your choice is this, Hampstead Heath, or The Shard . This is free and has what the Heath doesn't: an elevator . Definitely worth 5 minutes.

A must-see if you're in London. The gift shops are fantastic and there are some mindblowing stuff in the free exhibitions too. They have oat milk in the bar and the coffee is excellent too. - Tamás
