The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

Terrific hotel . Wifi is lightning fast. Shower pressure is strong. Great views if on high floors. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has everything. Would highly recommend for your stay in Toronto.

Good location if you like a little leg stretch to get to downtown hotspots. It's perfect walking distance to lots of TO destinations. Nice pool, too!

Westins are one of my favourite Brand of hotel chains under Starwood ! The WHC also happens to be one of my favourite hotels in Toronto . Great service and great food!

Great location right on the harbor with easy access to downtown and the train station . A nice home base for exploring the city .

Nice gym , free weights + machines, tiny but good... Inside pool and a running concierge along the "coastline" makes that a good place for being active

Hotel is good, staff friendly . Easy walk to nearby pier . Wish it was a little closer to the mall . But nice views if you get a room with a view over the lake .

The walls ARE really thin here, but the staff service makes up for it. They allowed early check in and late check out, 500 Starwood points in lieu of maid service, and free printing of my bus ticket.

LOVE the customer service. LOVE the lakeside view . LOVE the cozy beds. LOVE the easy access to downtown Toronto. My fave hotel in Toronto !

This place has an awesome view to the harbor . Really comfortable , neat and quiet . Great location.

Nice view but removed from the city center and hard to access via metro. I would stay in the city center until the rooms get a refresh.

It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a stunning interior. It's pet friendly however there is no free WiFi available in the hotel .

The view of the islands and lake is beautiful! The service is fast and professional.

Ask the bartender in the lobby bar for their famous chocolate martini with 3 olives . It's delicious!

Great location... It is however a sponsor hotel for the CanadaDay weekend electric music festival ... Plenty of fun but don't expect a ton of quiet that weekend.

The hotel is nice. Nice view on the lake from the north tower . Near of Toronto downtown too.

Wi Fi works fine, to log on you need to accept the charges but we were told that they will be refunded when we leave. Service at front desk was excellent. Missed Copa Libertadores in Foxsports channel

Awesome hotel , I'm going to miss the comfortable beds . They kinda gouge you for extras like internet for $16 a day or $3 to have cutlery brought to your room. Lobby bar is nice but be prepaid to pay$$

After a long day, head to the Chartroom Bar and Lounge to enjoy light snacks and a couple of drinks before retreating to your room.

If you like river view , take the north tower .

Another @5ElementEvents hot spot! We do a lot of events here, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts brand launch. Their Metro Ballroom is one of the biggest in the city - 27,000 square feet!

Unbeatable location right on the water. Rooms are small, but quality is high. One of the less stale Westins in North America.

Breaky is expensive : walk west from Westin to Cocoberry Cafe for a tasty cheap breaky ! Also free wifi !

Great views , dated rooms, decent overpriced restaurants .

Oh- get a room on 8th floor or below and you can pick up lobby WiFi in your room for free ;-)

Platinum Suite upgrade is the Deluxe Corner Rooms . Don't expect a real suite

Very nice hotel in the dontown of Toronto, you can almost do everything by walk.

They give you chips when you order a drink. Small gesture. But more food is never a bad thing.

Good lobby bar here, great view of the water if you can snag some good seats. And the fries are great as well !

Sound passes eight through the pass through doors... if you are hammered.. be quiet !

Great venue! Great view ! Sub par service at restaurant & bar . Long wait for breakfast - invisible at bar ! Server walked away twice while speaking directly to her. Room below average in cleanliness.

Even numbered rooms face the water

Food is ok but atleast they have their f&b marketing in place.
