I wouldn't label this place as cheap . For 2 adults, this combo plus an additional tofu was $8.80
Yes the Kway chap not that fantastic but rather cheap ! We spend $14 only for 5 pax!
The Kway Chap so so only. Best Kuay Chap go to Blk 123 Yishun Ring Road . Go by 11am, otherwise long wait of about 45mins and items will be sold out!
