a "dive" bar just the way i like it. non descript, great music AND happy hour until 8:30. refreshing bar in WV that isnt date-y, girlsnightout winebar, or bro-y. my favorite go-to in this hood
During the day, Automatic Slims is a casual eatery known for its burgers , but when the sun sets the party starts. Patrons rock out to the oldies and turn the restaurant into a dance floor .
Perfect for when you're over in meatpacking but don't really want to be.
This distinguished dive has one of the best remaining happy hours below 14th ($4 drinks till 8:30), but I didn't tell you that.
One cool bar with great food and excellent bartenders
One of the best bars in Meatpacking District. A small watering hole in an otherwise Los Angeles style neighborhood
Great and late happy hour , awesome playlist, but super grumpy rude bartender girl. ????????♀️
Great bar , but they post 2-for-1 drink specials on Foursquare and then the bartenders won't honor them. If you're gonna do a social media marketing campaign, coordinate with your employees.
Get some live music . Chorizo tacos are tasty.
What happens in automatic Slim's stays in automatic slim's said the bouncer and with that we closed the doors and danced on the bar top.
Love this bar . Great bartenders , interesting crowd!
Good weekday happy hour . Weekend nights are a madhouse, but fun.
Umit Benan, famed Turkish Designer: "If you want to slum it, then Automatic Slim's (or Hogs and Heifers) is my favorite."
Starts off low key , gets weird, good vibes throughout.
Good vibe and a decent IPA on tap .
The old school R&B and reggae playlist is the best after work remedy.
Great music and neon lights, love it
Says it's open 5:30pm to 2 am mon-thurs... and til 4am fri and sat. It's Monday, 9:15pm, and closed!
Our guilty pleasure. You head to this place when your friends want to go home and you want to keep on dancing .
Cute spot, great staff !!
Best bar in nyc for anyone under 30 and loves to drink and dance .
Late night sweaty bar . Dress and drink appropriately
Legendary place, used to be John Kennedy Jr.'s watering hole . R.I.P.
Gets lively around 11pm
The workday is like a play date :)
Two locations: Memphis and NYC. It's like Joshua Tree and Martignetti's except fewer D-bags. Arrive before 10pm on weekends, unless the M:F ratio is less than 1:1
I'm just saying this is basically the only venue I've ever seen with a "C" rating from the health department.
M-F 530-830p happy hour
Natalie the bartender on Thursdays should run for President.
Shitty ass place. All beer was 86ed (and wrapped in toilet paper),7 bucks for bottled crap like Bud/Heineken , and the waitress didn't offer us water, or ketchup for our fries/burgers, or check on us
Cheeseburgers & Cranberry Sodas ! #PSH
Netty is the best bartender :) tip her well
the food is better than you think
Only go here on weeknights. Weekends are insanely crowded .
Cornell and Rita and Limbo. Das it!
Strange crowd
annette is the best bartender ever! But I shall be seeing Risa soon!
Terrible management and super sheisty. Don't have a party there or they will try to cheat you out of money, then kick you out when you call them out on it.
Nachossssss
The bartender Annette is the best!
RIP P.S.H.
Automatic wasted
The music is killer
start a fight with any of the douchebags here
great spot in the west village !
great bar ! saying it is like the Joshau Tree is insulting!
cool, low-key bar ...
Holy Joshua Tree batman.
American hedonism at its finest.
A shitty bar .
Great brunch. Get the fish and chips. Can't beat the price and two free drinks at brunch - Laura Kinder
Great place to sit outside and grab a beer. Very chill and great for people watching on grennwich ave. - Sarah Shapiro
Old school UES hang out. Comfort food, well stocked bar and friendly service. - Lakshman J De Saram
Classic, historic low key bar in the village. Lots of outdoor seating when it's nice outside. - Chet Mancini
Cozy. Good wine. Great beers. Perfect during a rainstorm. Sit in the back. - Britton Hogge
