Excellent customer service ... Shuttle was late picking us up ... I said that Eddie, our driver was great but they gave me an extra 1,000 points for our inconvenience.... Not too shabby!

Well managed and clean hotel, but you do get a lot of noise from the street and parking is $21/day valet only. Still a very nice property and good choice downtown. - Alan Moore
