There is a Sunday market along the street here too, lots of bars and cafes its a really nice vibe - YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A TABLE HERE
The Mecca of Hackney dwellers so always busy, drinks are dear but the atmosphere is always buzzing
This place changes A LOT year on year. Most recent visits - still decent pub (if a bit rowdy in the eve) but food lately has really gone down hill . Wldn't recommend for lunch/dinner - drinks only
Tasty cocktails did not tried the good as the kitchen is close... Next time pretty buzzing .
Great ambiance, food selection is great and the staff is super nice
The lamb shoulder kebab is amazzzzing
Food was very good and not expensive . Very authentic pub
Cracking boozer , great food and decent beer
Best Bloodymary in East (and West)
Perfect spot to drink a beer with friends
Buzzing and full of people. Fun but sometimes very crowded .
Have a beer . Play some cards! Super nice!
This is a fabulous little find, definitely coming back again
Slightly disappointed after he refurb. Small-ish beer list and decor trying too hard. Well and Bucket on Bethnal Green Rd does similar thing, but much better
Excellent manhattans - my new fave place.
IMO, one of the best pubs in London!
Good boozer especially if you can sit outside. But expensive .
Classic well known pub .
Love the Bloody Marys
The new renovation is EPIC!
Nice n cosy upstairs
Great bloody marys !
Food 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 . Cool drinks and location thoug!
Pedestrian beer selection .
Great place.
I like happy hour
The decor looks good, but the beer range is very uninspired
Kronenburg is the only lager ......
Food for lunchtime is good value .
My food (the lamb shoulder ) was very dry and didn't taste nice at all. Took ages to get served too!
So trendy that it hurts.
Don't order the negronis . While declines, at £9 are a rip-off.
Took over an hour for food to come
Not horrific but there are better pubs on broadway market
It wasn't pretty, but I miss the old Cat :(
Horrible place, hideously rude and smug bar tenders. I wouldn't go back
Gran ambiente, es antiguo pero entretenido. Dicen que tiene el mejor sunday roast de la zona, me reservo mis opiniones.
Delicious! Everything is homemade, down to the crackers, bread and apple jelly. - L. Paul Robertson
Went here for brunch which was excellent. A great elderflower cocktail and a good vegetarian mezze plate! - Marijs Vrancken
Great historic local green area, wonderful in summer, but unfortunately spoiled by influx of hoxton tw@ts from nearby broadway market - Papa Shango
Best foodie market in London these days, wide range of excellent meals and produce - come for lunch and pick up ingredients for dinner - Daren Williams
Good atmosphere. Spacious outside patio. Ideal for community hangouts around a drink and a good match. - Gwen Hdw
