Osteria

Tasty as always. There are very few restaurants as consistent in quality (and good!) over multiple decades as Osteria. The hazelnut flan and zabaglione desserts are truly fantastic.

Try the Osso Bucco - Lovely lamb shank in tomato sauce with fresh pasta and peas . Yummy and more than enough to have lunch from the leftovers (via @Foodspotting)

Try the Linguine Vongole - Baby clams and Manila clams in a white wine butter garlic sauce . Also available with red sauce . (via @Foodspotting)

Carpaccio and carbonara are great, if ultimately heavy and kind of unhealthy. Gotta be in the mood. Seating is pretty tightly packed, so beware.

We were a party of two with no reservations on a Saturday night and I had to ask my friend to go in and get seated while I find parking . No problem getting seated.

A really cute Italian place . My favorite is their Spaghetti Carbonara . Also recommend their Tagliarini .

Love the minestrone soup . Out of the pasta dishes, Penne Fantasia and Pappardelle Osteria are good.

The molten chocolate cake is pure lava, but delicious nonetheless

Yummy pasta ! The complimentary bread is fresh & divine. But our waiter was completely creepy and awkward.

So yummy you can't go wrong! I LOVE the buffalo di mozzarella !

Oh no guys, what happened? Tagliarini and pesto are lacking flavor. Gnocchi has lost its wonderful mouthwatering appeal. I'll give it one more chance, but this is not the Osteria I grew up with...

Food was just OK. Although the bread they served was delicious. Pasta I ordered (linguini vongole ) was rather bland. Dessert was good but nothing to rave about

Spinach with meat sauce is really good side

Watch out for the cranky maitre d. If you're missing one person from your party of 8, they won't seat you.

Nice food, Reasonable price.

If they say it's 1 hr wait to get a table, pretend to leave to get one immediately

If you want a red sauce , Pappardelle is great. White sauce , try the Tortellini .

VERY cramped here and waiter service is not great :/

Veal Scallopine!

Authentic Italian .

Big downside is that no soda (e.g. Coke , 7up...) is served except sparkling water.

Disappointing - terribly overcooked pasta , grumpy host, hectic ambiance. Nice waiter , but that didn't really compensate for a plate of boiled mush.

Try Penne Arabiatta although not listed in the menu.

Not impressed I'm afraid. Pasta ? and Strada much nicer.

Staff gets rude after 10pm weekdays as they want to close the place early but couldn't say it.
