Play area , sometimes is a little messy but city is planning on re-purposing the old building in the center for a business
You either have the park to yourself or get to share it with some of the thugs and winos. Keep it janky Sac.
Watch out for the sprinklers. They tend to be facing the sidewalk more than the grass.
