THE neighborhood coffee and breakfast joint. Sandwiches are on point and their Iced Americano is the best in Chelsea. Doubles as a cozy bar in the evenings, so you have no excuse to leave. Ever.

Grilled cheese with bacon on focaccia . ???? Cramped tiny space where you can overhear every conversation, but so worth a trip for coffee , wine , salads , and sandwiches .

Bit bummed their avocado toast is now on a massive baguette rather than a roast. Great place for a quick coffee and snack . Too small to work in. Really nice service.

This is a great spot! Delicious food, really tasty and so fresh! Great coffee too. And omg I want to try the pastries , but the upcoming wedding won't allow it :(. Ha ha. Enjoy!

The staff is very friendly and my salad was delicious. The place is lovely. People invading coffee places with laptops , don't come here after 12 as it's not allowed. Quite normal for a small place.

Cute spot to have a cup of coffee or a sangria , ha what a mix. Tight seating but cozy . Variety of great quick bites like the grilled mozzarella .

The avocado toast was delish as well as the cookies . Frank and Matt are super nice and attentive. Great place to have a bottle of wine and chat with friends.

I like their policy of asking people not to use their laptops or tablets. It's too tiny in here to have people hogging the tables. Love their sausage breakfast sandwich and BLT.

Everything here is delicious. Avocado toast w/ salmon , arugula salad , chicken sandwich ... the list goes one. Coffee is also great. Almond milk instead of soy!

My mornings are a little easier with a great chai or cup of coffee from this place. If you're hungry, get the avocado toast ! Satisfying and awesome.

the Caesar salad dressing will leave your breath smelling like garlic for hours. your best friends and family too will draw away. kissing is out of the question.

This little coffee shop nestled in the heart of Chelsea provides solid brew and brunch that won't break the bank .

Fresh salads , yummy bakery , and the ginger lemonade and iced mint tea are cool on a summer day.

The egg sandwich is easily the best thing on the menu. Chicken sandwich a very close second - add some tomato to set it off.

Nifty coffee spot that flys a bit under the radar. Free wifi , small space with exposed tiles and wood tables a plus. Coffee and location are average. Worth a stop through.

Cafe is fairly small but has a range of foods to try. We just got coffee but definitely come for the food as well .

The baked goods , by the owner's mother (Arlene's Bakery ), are superb. Try the sour cream and olive oil cakes with some La Colombe coffee .

Friendly and attentive staffs . Reasonably priced espresso drinks . Good for lunch and small bites also.

A touch expensive for my taste ($5 for an iced tea ) but I guess comparable for the area. Nice vibe and friendly staff they only allow laptop use in the morning.

Try the bacon , egg and cheese . It's made with cayenne pepper and it adds a delicious and unexpected kick.

Mushroom toast is lovely. Highly recommend.

I'm a Grey Dog fan, but The Commons may have just nabbed the spot as my neighborhood favorite. Smaller, more intimate , quiet .
