Located very centrally, close to many touristic attractions . Rooms are big enough, clean . Food is great. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Business center for meetings is available. Prices are high.
I was back in the hotel between Christmas/New Year 21/22 and was lucky to get a Junior Suite upgrade. Great view of the park and St. Stephen's Cathedral , separate living, working and sleeping areas.
The hotel is in the process of renovations but the floors that have been done have been very nicely refreshed! Can’t wait to see the rest of it when it’s finally done. Great property and location!

The hotel is centrally located, very convenient for tourists . Breakfast has good spread and I had great view of the city from my room.
The cathedral view junior suites are spacious , with an extra writing desk, but small bathrooms .
They say you can checkin at 15:00 ( which is late anyway ) and at 16:00 you are lucky if they will let you in.... And Supervisor explanation : what can we do, the room is not ready ...

Very disappointed - rooms are old, bathrooms tiny, with my 186cm hight couldn't fit into the shower ...! The only plus is location - opposite to Steirereck. And car cleaning inside the garage .

They couldn't get me an internet connection in the room! All the 4 codes they provided was either invalid or expired. Poor handling of such an easy problem. Good location and view by the way.

Great location but can be crowded . Wifi is free if you're a Hilton Honors member, otherwise extremely expensive and unstable. Bathrooms are way too small.
