If you come here as often as I do the staff memorizes your usual stuff. They are really great! Love this Starbucks!

Usually great but there's been a homeless guy sitting there recently who really stinks the whole place up in the morning. It's really off-putting.

Try the white chocolate mocha with an added expresso shot. It's sure to pick you up in Times Square.????

If you are a guest at The Westin, use the secret lobby doorway to enter this fine Starbucks without stepping foot outside.

From my experiences here, the staff is VERY friendly and personable.
