Love the food here, it's great no frills Japanese cuisine at good prices. Tea is complimentary here which isn't usual for Western countries . A thing to note is lunch has tipping while dinner doesn't.

Great deal for lunch ! It's like a upscale version of cafe Zaiya. They allow you to mix two kinds of rice bowls in one. We had unatama, tempura , and yakiniku bowls. All were pretty decent.

The outside of Donburiya is misleading! Inside lies a huge authentic Japanese restaurant with great lunch specials . Complimentary tea is served, and I recommend the spicy vegetable ramen .

The donburi here is great and the serving sizes are very generous. An app or two plus a donburi will probably fill up 2 people. The handwritten menu on the side? That's where the good stuff's at.
