Exceptional experience. Trust the chef and go omakase or a chef 's sashimi platter .
"The shiso shrimp dumplings have been on the menu for a while and represent a great balance in texture, flavor and acidity with the spicy yuzu sauce." - Chef Jason Wilson Read more
My favorite Seattle sushi spot . A more contemporary take on sushi . Be sure to sit @ the sushi bar , & let the chef make some choices.
The Omakase is expensive , but 100% worth the price. One of the best meals I’ve had.
If you like Japanese cooking & sushi you should try Nishino in Madison Park . True, good Japanese food done by Master Tatsu Nishino. -Thierry Rautureau, Top Chef
I live roughly 500 feet from here, and my wallet is gonna hurt by the amount of prime sushi you can get here. 10/10 would roll in here again. And again... And again...
Great service for large groups, good and well rounded sushi menu.
The yellowtail , fatty tune , name it. The food was delicious
Reservations are a MUST. Decent sushi . Not sure if I would get the mochiko chicken again.
Best sushi in Seattle I was told by locals. They were right.
Order the roll with unagi+avocado on the inside and scallops+snow crab+tobico+slightly seared. Awesome.
Wonderfully fresh fish . Delicious sushi
Jason Wilson, chef of Miller's Guild, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Shiso shrimp dumpling . Read more
One of my favorite sushi place in Seattle. Order the Tuna Tartar on sticky rice . It is fabulous.
Top notch sushi . Try the Mori special rolll - fried rice cake with salmon on top.
Try the Flounder Wrapped Arugula With Sesame Oil
The omakase was awesome
Omakase (7-course chef 's choice) was perfect.
always find a bar seat n order a la carte.
It was good. Toyoda is better if your a sushi purest and aren't swayed by fancy rolls.
The best Sushi in town !
If you're getting sushi try the albacore tuna belly !

Everything is the tip
love arboretum roll & tara saikyoyaki (black cod )!! :)
The black cod in a bonito broth is EXCELLENT. Everything else from the aji to the sushi rolls were just okay.
Salmon tar tar on crispy . It's criminal how good it is.
The sushi is just all rice and very little fish .
Must try the sauteed asparagus with squid and morels !
Terrible sashimi . The fish is not fresh and it’s overpriced. Go somewhere else.
Sit with Mori - he is great !!
Seat at the Sushi Bar and let the masters guide you.
Try the Omakase I
Yo dawg, order everything. It's that good.
Try the Jalapeno Hamachi - amazing !
get the miso marinaded black cod . the best.
Foie gras was bomb!
