Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Customer service is tereible, mainly because the staff is too busy policing all the customers trying to steal tables and not wait for their turn.

Bad: The newbie souvenir is non-existant, and might have been pulled out of the trash. Good: The heavy metal wings are the best start to any meal!!
Anti-cobb Salad is amazing and Sarah is more than amazing! One of the best servers at any Hard Rock I've been to yet.

Asked to sit on one of the free tables because we couldn't even fit in ours (SUPER small). Waiter said bigger tables are for more than 2 people. 1 minute later they sat another couple. Wow, thanks.

Another generic Hard Rock Café . Seen one, seen ‘en all. The local specialist burger (some kind of schnitzel sandwiched in a stale pretzel ) is awful.
Food nice but expensive . Took ages to be seated even though the upstairs restaurant was empty! Average restaurant , same as other hard rock cafés , although seems like some staff can't be bothered!
